1. Warranty Period
Standard Warranty
All Oreeth products include a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty
Subscribe to our email list and enjoy an 18-month extended warranty at no additional cost.
Note: Products purchased from third-party sellers may be subject to their own warranty terms and conditions.
2. Warranty Eligibility & Coverage Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
✔ A valid order number from the official Oreeth store
✔ A sales invoice or order confirmation showing the product name and purchase date
Important:
Warranty coverage is valid only in the country of original purchase and may not apply if the product is reshipped or used internationally.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period.
If a defect is confirmed, Oreeth will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

5. How to File a Warranty Claim
